The two mothers who produce this podcast are intelligent, witty, funny, and ask the right questions of awesome experts that they bring on to discuss current issues surrounding the mental health of kids and teenagers. I have two children who also struggle with mental health and I have found this podcast practical, helpful and perhaps, most importantly, validating. Every episode has given me a little pearl of wisdom which is directly applicable to the issues I am dealing with. I’m very grateful for this podcast!

Love this podcast!! These are two intelligent, compassionate mothers who have both raised amazing kids who struggled with their mental health. They discuss challenging issues and interview experts within the field of child/teenage mental health. As a mother who is also raising two kids with mental health challenges I find this podcast to be informative and validating. The information is easy to understand and digest. From every episode I have taken away a pearl of wisdom. The hosts are smart and funny and the guests are well spoken and give a lot of practical advice. I have just found this podcast to really soothe my soul.

Although intended for parents struggling to care for children with mental health challenges this podcast is loaded for info for not just parents but anyone seeking information and community related to mental health. The two hosts are intelligent and their humor and insight lends a lightheartedness to what could otherwise be a heavy topic. Great show!
